The Flower Challenge #79| Focus on Background Stamping| Altenew

Hi Crafty friends, Am back with a new floral card for the challenge at The Flower Challenge Blog. This time, its Focus of floral background stamping.

Over to the card,

 

• Used Altenew Dainty Bouquet solid stamps and with Desert Night cube ink, repeatedly stamped the florals on the background to get an appealing look.
• Then diecut the panel using Ginamarie Scalloped edges.
• Matted this panel over the Dark Navy blue A2 sized car base using liquid adhesive.
• The sentiments from 2 different stamp sets from Altenew are stamped using Desert Night ink and diecut using Altenew's Featured Sentiments die set and foam mounted as shown.

Monochromatic card | Fragrant Florals | Altenew

 Hi Friends,

Am here today with a floral card, but as Monochrome Goodness.

Just with Charcoal pencils in White and Black with a gel pen here and there.

Over to my card,

• Stamped the Altenew Fragrant Floral onto a slate colored cardstock using Altenew Limestone cube ink.
• Colored the florals with Charcoal pencils in White and Black and used White gel pen for centres.
• Splashed White gouache generously around the florals.
• Added sentiment sticker from Tim holtz small talk.
• Matted over A2 sized off white card base to finish off the card.

South Indians call their Mother as AMMA, and I grew up with my granny and lovingly call her MA. These words are SO much filled with emotions and must say, all my Creative Streaks are from both of them! Today's card is dedicated to to them.

I have used the pretty florals from Always Be Kind stamp set. I recently gifted Lavender shaded Morning glory plant to my Plant Nerd Mom. So I coloured my florals in Lavender shade as am gonna gift this card on her birthday in April. Used Woodless watercolor pencils for colouring.

The word 'AMMA' is diecut from Fine Alphabet Dies from ombre bg created by the woodless watercolor pencils.

Favourite Projects of 2022

 Hi Craftypeeps,

Heading towards 2023 and I take up this moment to thank all souls out there who took out time to like, comment on all my projects over my blog here and in other social media links.

Your words mean a lot to me and that is the driving force into my craft passion.

Sharing here few of my projects in different interests as favourite 9s in collages.

First collage showcases my Watercoloring Interest :)

Some EF are inkblended, loaded with wax, colored with Gouache, wax pencils, watercolored etc., to make it a focal panel.

This collage showcases my Digital illustration in Procreate :)  This year, I invested to develop the skills and gonna work more on that in forth coming days.

Sharing here a Floral card as my last card for this year 2022.

Thanks so much for sharing love and affection over here with all your comments.

Over to my card,

• Stamped a floral spray from Altenew Castle Garden in watercolor cardstock using Memento Black ink to attempt Watercoloring.
• Used Altenew Woodless Watercolor pencils to do watercoloring here.
• The colored images are diecut using co-ordinating die set and foam mounted onto a focal base, dry embossed with Altenew Hosta 3D Embossing Folder. 
• Then the focal panel is foam mounted on to Olive green A2 sized top fold card base.
• The scripty 'Thanks'  diecut from Altenew is added using liquid glue.

Am here today to share the card made for Altenew's Year in Review BlogHop.

Featuring CYLPK Dynamic Blossoms | BAG Magnificent Branch (For Sentiment) | Artist Markers Set 3

Over to my card,

 

• Stamped the floral spray from CYLK Dynamic Blossoms on to Starthmore Toned Gray sketch paper using Antique Linen DI.
• Colored using Altenew's Artist markers Set 3.
• Splashed generously with White Calligraphy ink.
• Sentiment is stamped from BAG Magnificent Branch.
• Trimmed the focal panel and mounted onto a Off white A2 sized card base using foam adhesives.
• Few clear droplets added for interest.

Floral Thank you card | Bountiful Bouquet | Altenew

 Hi ya Friends,

Am here today to share a Floral Thank you card using Altenew's Bountiful Bouquet Stamp & Die Set.

Did No line watercoloring with Wet on Wet technique. It's one of my favourite way to colour the stamped images.

Over to my card,

The colors for this card, are inspired from Altenew September 2022 Challenge.

• Stamped the Altenew's Bountiful Bouquet outline image on to a Canson Montval CP watercolor cardstock using DI Antique Linen to attempt No line watercoloring. This time, did Wet on Wet technique using Karin Brushmarkers Pro.
• After coloring, die cut the colored image using co-ordinating die set.
• Splashed generously with White Calligraphy ink.
• Added the die cut image onto a Off-white White A2 sized top fold cardbase using liquid adhesive.
• Sentiment from same stamp set, is white heat embossed on to black cs and die cut using Altenew's Fine Frames Banner Die set.
• Sentiment is added as shown using liquid adhesive.

Cupcake Birthday Shaker Card | Altenew

 Hi ya Friends,

Am here today to share a birthday card with shaker elements made for a Sweet Daughter of a crafty friend, Elysha Walker.

It took a while to reach Australia yet am happy it reached its destination safe and sound.

Over to my card,

• Stamped Altenew's Mini Delight Cupcake using Altenew's Crisp dye inks.
• Made them into a shaker card with tiny heart shaker bits.
• Used Altenew's Fine Alphabet Die set to make the recipient name and to make this a personalised card.
• Sentiment is from Altenew's Happy Sentiment stamp set.
• Then, the card is assembled as shown here.

  Hi Crafty peeps,

It's time for the reminder post for the current Flower Challenge with the theme Use a Sentiment.

Made a simple marker colored floral card for this 6th birthday reminder post.

Over to my card,

• Stamped Altenew Wispy Joy florals onto a Neenah solar crest cardstock.
• Colored using Altenew Artist markers.
• Die cut using co-ordinating dies.
• Mounted the florals onto the Mehndi colored A2 sized cardbase with foam adhesive and liquid adhesive.
• Sentiment is stamped using Altenew Crisp dye ink - Evergreen.
• Added few clear droplets as accents.
