Been coloring this Beautiful flower stamps from SSS for the past 4 days for Kathyrac's Daily marker coloring challenge. Check my insta handle @sathyakala.23 for the WIP pics.
Made a card with loads of white paint splattered background.
Over to my card,
- Stamped SSS Beautiful flowers stamp over a watercolor paper using Antique Linen DI for the Noline coloring.
- WaterColored using Daniel smith watercolors and topped it with Prisma colored pencils for keeping the shadows.
- The image is fussy cut and splashed with loads of watercolored white acrylic paint and Perfect pearls for the shimmery effect.
- The splatters toned down hugely the reddish undertones of the flowers to the paler tones. This effect totally gave the flowers a muted toned look.
- Took a watercolor cardstock for matting and its smooshed with left over pink and green tones randomly.
- Then splattered with perfect pearls mixed with pink, watered down white paints for the hazy bg effect.
- Matted this panel to the Slimline card and added few clear dew droplets to finish off the card.
Hope you like it!
