Quilled Mobile

First time tried doing quilled mobile...I got the inspiration from Inez Quilling Art (in FB) and from that i took the basic idea to draw my turn. I have used thermacol (polystrene) balls of 5 different sizes and made my quilled mobile hanger. 3mm wide strips are used to make major tight coils and few tear drops.

To the second ball,in the centre i have added a corrugated paper and on it pasted a purple flowery lace and to last ball, i have added a brown bead to give a finishing look. To mask the top knot on the first ball, the flower shaped wood piece (dont know what its called) has been added. Since it looks plain, i pasted a punched flower on it. Though i wanted to make a long row of balls and some five such things to make a big hanger, due to bit busy days, i stopped with just this. You can try making with stryofoam balls instead of thermacol balls.

Hope this work will inpsire you all to make one for you.

Happy Quilling!
