Layered Emboss Resist

Wanted to share a CAS card again with a technique which happened to learn yesterday...Layered Emboss Resist.

Hope this lovely butterfly speaks all technique :) Love this butterfly stamp set from IBS.

Started to stamp in wild honey on a White CS and stamped butterfly in Versamark and embossed with clear EP. And before which i stamped the sentiment in Rangers Black Archival ink.

Just distressed with rich cocoa momento ink around the butterfly emerge from the background. Just loved the way the stamped design peeping through the butterfly and so the sentiment too :) Attached a scalloped bordered scrap from kraft CS on one edge and mounted on to white CS.

Hope you all like my amateurish attempts :) Thanks all for stopping by and leaving lovely comments :)

Supplies:

Oh, I see it now - at first I thought the butterflies were die cut and laid back on the card - this is beautiful! Such a wonderful technique! Thanks so much for joining us at CASology this week!
