  • Fussy cut the floral and set aside.
  • Took a white panel, ran through big shot with Altenew Class stripes stencil to get the subtle texture for the bright floral.
  • Splattered diluted colors of the used colors over the stenciled bg diagonally.
  • Then mounted the floral using foam adhesive.
  • Matted this panel to a A2 sized light beige colored card base.
  • And generously splattered Perfect pearls powder+water and white ink over the floral and background to tone down the brightness.
  • Stamped Sentiment from Stamplorations Trendy butterflies-2 over a piece of chipboard using Mudra Mai Jet black ink and trimmed it to add near floral spray.
  • Finally few enamel dots in mixed colors and sizes to finish off the card.

Thinking of You : Powerpoppy

Hi Friends!

Kathyrac's daily marker coloring challenge is going on and that's one lovely reason for me to sit down and color daily at least for 20 minutes. Spring is in the air and so I pull out all Floral Clear stamps and digital stamps to color down to my heart's content.

Today's card is showcasing a digital stamp from Powerpoppy, one of my super favorite stamp company.

  • Printed Powerpoppy - Luminous Bouquet digital stamp onto a white cardstock.
  • Colored using Prisma colored pencils.
  • Fussy cut and set aside.
  • Took a black cardstock and die cut using Spellbinder frame die.
  • Sponged with Colorbox frost ink over black cardstock using TCW Stencil - Mini quatrefoil.
  • White heat embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock from Powerpoppy's Dynamic Duos clear stampset.
  • Foam mounted the fussy cut floral bouquet onto the stenciled panel and splattered Prima Frost white ink generously.
  • Mounted this focal panel onto a 4x6" white top fold card base.
  • Added few white enamel dots for interest.
Hope you like it!
