Bouquet of Wishes!!

Hi Everyone!!

Just a quick post to share a card which i made last year but forgot to share!
Current Spring season calls it to share!

This was my very first attempt with my Zig clean color real brush pens, an attempt made during last May 2016. Then made a card with this colored bouquet and sent to my sweet crafty friend, Jasleen Kaur in last October 2016.

Not so great coloring yet this piece is close to my heart :)

This card is a complete Inspired by Stamping card...That is the products : stamp sets, pattern papers everything from IBS, my favorite Stamping company.

Noline Coloring : Roses

Hi Friends!

Am playing along the daily marker 30 day challenge and today i find little time to do a watercolored Roses card.

A quick jump into my creations for today!

A novice attempt at No line coloring....I never attempted at a solid stamp for noline coloring. So tried today with this Deep Red Stamps -Rose blooms.

Stamped its using Antique linen, colored with fave Zig real brush pens and all highlights using Fabercastell polychromos.

And finally splatters using the Splatter brush of the colors which i used for coloring.

All time fave sentiment to finish off the card.

Few dew droplets as final touches.

Watercolored Floral card

Hi Friends!!!

Am here today with another floral creation, a card this time. Watercoloring is my recent crush and added to it my calligraphic attempts :) Am enjoying both equally :)

Today's card is especially for the ongoing Altenew Challenge. The current inspiration challenge pic is such lovely and the beautiful colors made me to create this card.

My November Altenew win recently reached me...I have bought few stamps using the GC...One of which is this Oh-So-Beautiful...."Remember this" stamp set.

• Gold heat embossed the florals and buds onto a watercolor paper and colored using my ever favorite Zig clean color brush pens and watercolored it.
• Onto a pattern paper, stamped the smaller florals and colored with Faber castle polychromos with a lighter touch, so as to keep the beauty of the pp.
• The pp is distressed at the edges using the scissors.
• This pp has a beautiful printed script which faded on the middle and had florals on the corner.
• The sentiment is such uplifting and i love to continue the same mood with the muted bg and 
•  a focal using bright florals at a corner.
• Fussy cut the watercolored florals and added using foam adhesives and few directly on the pp to create a dimension.
• Stamped the sentiment from the same set and splattered black soot distress ink.
• Added few clear droplets and matted this onto a A2 sized black top fold cardstock.

Watercolored Roses

How you all doing!

Days are lovely here as we enjoy super foggy mornings and chill weather at UAE.

2 months back i won Altenew FB giveaway and bought Bold and Blossom set, which reached my home few days back.

Yay!!! You got me right!

Watercolored those Roses using noline coloring technique, which am still in learning the nuances of it.

Have chosen colors from the January altenew Challenge

Am so in love with the colors here in the graphic.

• To create my card, took a watercolor cardstock, stamped outline Roses and Leaves, from Bold and Blossom set using Masking technique with a 3rd generation stamping using Archival ink.
• Colored using noline coloring technique with Zigclean color brush pens.
• Then fussy cut and kept ready to mount on a stenciled base card.
• Prima min art stones are sprinkled generously and to add bit more texture added a honeycomb chipboard and a cheesecloth, to which fussy cut florals are added.
• Left it as Sentiment-less card for now :)

Very Happy New Year to everyone!!

Recently i got 2 beautiful Peonies stampsets from the Ton Stamps, as one of Xmas gifts.

Was waiting to ink it and atlast made a card for a Friend's Birthday today !

 

• Took Peonies and buds stampsets from Happiest of Peonies set. They are the most Gorgeous ones i have ever seen.
• Gold heat embossed them on Watercolorpaper and colored using Zig clean brush pens.
• Flicked Tumbled class distress inks on the background.
• Added Few clear droplets.
• Stamped Sentiment using archival Black ink on the focal panel.
• Matted this to A2 sized black card to finish off the card.

Hi Crafty pals,

Made this card for Altenew's Year in review Challenge .

I have chosen June 2016 for Today's project, as i wanna play along that challenge and couldn't do due to my Vacation in June. At last had a chance to play now.

Am much inspired by the lovely colors, all those sparkles, Gorgeous blooms...

• Took a half white A2 cardbase.
• Stenciled with Prima Poppy stencil with Prima Lightpaste and sprinkled Stampendous White jewelkit chunky white Embossing powder and heat set it.
• Just to mimic that all those touches of sparkle in the Inspiration pic. 
• Stamped Beautiful day stampset on watercolor paper, colored using Zig clean color brush pens, and fussy cut all florals leaves and infloresence clusters.
• Just to give a fabric touch, added a White Tulle.
• Onto which, Prima resin frame added, for all those dimension and layerings. It was totally lost sight due to the floral spray arrangement.

• Few clear droplets are added as final touch.
• Sentiment stamped on vellum and added on to the card.

Butterflies!!!

Butterflies!!! A big addict here!

If you follow my blog, you would know by now :)

• Started to color as i love to link up for  #thedailymarker30day Day#13 coloring challenge of Kathyrac, atlast ended up making a card now :) 
• Colors are inspired from DCAM's 1st color challenge graphic

• Took Canson wc paper but shorter than A2 size.
• Stamped Butterflies and sentiment from IBS -butterflies set using Black Archival ink.
• Then, Wet few portions of the wcpaper and sprinkled the Brushos crystals, (Oh yeah!!! they are my new additions to my stash, bought during vacation, using it after almost 3 months)
• At few places, sprtized water and enjoyed the way the color forms by bursting colors...Absolutely loved this!!!

• Colored using Zig cleancolor brush markers and highlights done with Polychromos Faber castell pencils (That's also a new addition to my stash...)
• Took blue grey Zig and drawn outline to get a hazy background around butterflies.
• Then stenciled Finnabair Light paste+mustardseed Distress stain using TCW tiles stencil.
• Then using Black archival, distressed the whole edge of the panel in a irregular fashion as i love to get a hazy corners.
• Few clear droplets added as accents to finish off the card.
• Its then mounted on the A2 size lemon yellow cardbase.
